Maintain close coordination with local government and PHED at district level to build synergies with their programme under AAP and seek their support for programme implementation.
Facilitate key training events especially training of trainers at district level and community level.
Help in designing training events for trainings of CRPs,VOs/LSOs,Masons,Entrepreneurs,Duty bearers, School Teacher/ SMCs/PTCs, Engineers etc and coordinate with field staff to ensure that these trainings are conducted as per design and schedule.
Facilitate Orientation of district level stakeholders ( include PHED and Local government) about their role in the project.
Provide inputs for notification of District level ODF communities (PHED and Local government and representatives from district networks of LSOs and their training of ODF communities on quality assurance of the process and post ODF monitoring.
Facilitate WASH related capacity building events and activities under project particularly for ODF villages
Build the capacity of field teams to facilitate mapping of available water resources / courses through sanitary survey to determine safe water sources hazards to drinking water sources and identify the villages where water schemes ( bore holes / hand pumps) to be constructed/rehabilitated.
Build the capacity of project stakeholders to implements monitor and evaluate WASH interventions.
To liaise and coordinate for the smooth implementation of the WASH activities at community level.
Represent organization at WASH forums at district levels.
Povide input in designing and development of operational manuals for WASH activities.
Coordination with WASH sector partners to seek their technical advice for program implementation

Provide technical support to target communities in implementation of water and sanitation related interventions.
Work closely with Public Health and Engineering (PHED) for capacity building of community members of water quality testing and quality monitoring.
Provide technical support to the communities to ensure that all infrastructure that is constructed under project is as per government roles and is climate resilient .
Provide strategic direction to NRSP field teams for introduction of low cost latrine construction technology and low cost water treatment solulations.
Take lead for management of innovations related to water interventions proposed under project .
Work in close collaboration with WASH ENGINEER officer for designing and implementation of water related interventions for arsenic concentrated aeas.
Under take field visits to target villages for supportive design and protocols.

Inspection of  Finishing work of Tiles, Marbles, Plastering, Coloring of building. Also performing of  Handing over building process
